What are Boutique Personality Portraits?

Boutique personality portraits offer a personalized and creative alternative to traditional photos, focusing on capturing each child's unique personality in a relaxed setting. Unlike large-scale photography companies, I work closely with families and schools to ensure a comfortable experience, allowing for authentic smiles and expressions. The use of natural light and outdoor environments creates beautiful, timeless portraits, while high-quality prints and digital galleries provide lasting keepsakes.

How It Works

1. Register Your Spot

Reserve a session for just $30.

The booking fee includes access to one child for play at MKV for the day. Limited spots are available to ensure every child gets a personalized experience!

2. Play & Shine

Kids get to explore and enjoy the indoor playspace at Melbourne Kids Village, while we capture their joy and spirit through genuine personality portraits. One addmission for the day is included with each booking slot.

3. Review Your Gallery

A few days after your session, you’ll receive a private, password-protected gallery link where you can view the portraits at your convenience. From there, you can select and purchase the images that capture your child’s personality best, with options for prints, wall art, and digital downloads. Prices are similar to purchasing School Photos.

What is included in the $30 registration fee?

The registration fee covers the photographer’s time and talent in capturing authentic, personality-rich images.

Your child will also have access to the indoor playspace at Melbourne Kids Village after your portrait session.

When and how do I purchase the portraits?

After your child’s session, you’ll receive a private online gallery with a variety of images. From there, you can select and purchase your favorite portraits in a range of formats and products.

Can siblings join?

Yes! We welcome siblings to join in. Each timeslot can accommodate up to 2 children, so we can make sure every child gets dedicated attention and their own special portraits.

How long is each session?

Sessions typically last about 5-10 minutes, allowing time for kids to get comfortable in front of the camera. Without expecting them to stay focused for too long.
